• Child tickets are applicable for ages 3-11; infants aged 0-2 can participate for free (please notify one day in advance for arrangements); no senior tickets available
• Any child (aged 11 or under) must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above to participate
• Please take good care of your personal belongings. Any loss or damage will be borne by the traveler
• The itinerary is for reference only; actual arrangements are subject to the conditions on the day of departure
• If a traveler cancels or is absent before departure, all fees paid will not be refunded, and the company will not be held responsible
• In accordance with Section 13 of the Merchant Shipping (Local Vessels) (Compulsory Third Party Risks Insurance) Regulation (Cap. 548, Sub. Leg.), the company has purchased third-party insurance for the vessels
• Travelers may purchase their own insurance if needed
• Audio guides will be provided with a device and earphones. You are welcome to bring your own 3.5mm jack earphones if preferred
• In case of any dispute, Hiyou Travel Limited reserves the right of final decision on the modification of terms and conditions

- Tour Prohibitions and Restrictions -

• Wheelchairs and strollers cannot be used during the tour
• Please use the equipment and facilities on the boat with care and do not touch the exhibits
• Travelers must comply with the safety rules of the Lamma Fishermen Culture Village
• In the event of uncontrollable special circumstances, such as severe weather, traffic accidents, special maritime traffic control, or vehicle breakdown, resulting in the shortening or cancellation of the itinerary due to the need for extra deployment time, travelers may not object or withdraw for this reason

- Special Weather Arrangements -

• If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or a Red/Black Rainstorm Warning is still in effect at 07:00 on the day of the tour, all morning sessions (10:25 / 11:25 / 12:25 / 13:25) will be cancelled and rescheduled. If the aforementioned warning signals are still in effect at 11:00, all afternoon sessions (14:25 / 15:25 / 16:25) will be cancelled and rescheduled.
