*Due to ecological corridor construction conducted by Gapyeong County, the railway will be unavailable, and operations will be suspended from Monday, January 13, to Tuesday, January 21. Thank you for your understanding.
- Travelers can purchase tickets for the following month at the start of the current month
- Travelers must present the Gangchon Rail Bike local agency confirmation number to experience rail bike riding (not the KKday booking reference number)
- Please provide 3 substitute sessions in the "Note" section when booking to ensure a successful booking. If you have several bookings for the same product, please mention us in the "Note" box when booking so that we can best accommodate you
- Once you receive the local agency confirmation number, requests for booking changes including dates, sessions, bike numbers, and refunds will not be granted

Not suitable for winter season.
It was terrible. We had trouble navigating to the place and unfortunately we lost our way and ended up 10 mins late. The place was completely empty with 3 cars in the carpark. The admission person told us “too bad, it’s your fault for coming late. Go buy another ticket and come back 1.5hrs later.” Without any further explanation. Yes, we were late and we were unable to hang around for 1.5 hours. But the level of customer service was just terrible. If you go, do get there really early. Don’t expect any sympathy or them to be helpful if you have issues.
