Duration of approximately 2 hours. - We will go to the artisan chocolate elaboration area where we will learn about the fermentation, roasting, grinding and tasting. Duration of 30 minutes approximately. - We continue to the chocolate factory, where the chocolate bars are made; we learn about the whole process for the elaboration of the chocolate bar, the tourist elaborates his own bar with dehydrated fruits. Duration of approximately 30 minutes. - Then we go to the restaurant area where we will taste a three-course menu. Duration of approximately 1 hour
