Beat the crowds and see the Great Wall as you've always dreamed of it on this 8-hour private day trip from Beijing to the Great Wall at Jinshanling. This is one of the most beautiful stretches of the Great Wall, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and may well be familiar to you from magazines and newspapers: it's also a relatively challenging hike, so decent fitness is recommended.

3 hoursAdmission Ticket IncludedAfter pickup from your hotel, journey north by private, air-conditioned vehicle with your guide to Jinshanling. On route, hear all about this section of the Great Wall, one of the most beautiful, least-visited, and challenging parts of the UNESCO-listed structure. After 2.5 hours' drive, arrive and ascend to the ramparts by cable car. Your guide will recommend different walking routes and vantage points along the way. Then, enjoy two to four hours hiking along the battlements, depending on the time available and your selected route. As you walk, admire the mountain views and inspect the watchtowers, arrow holes, and other fortifications.
