This enormous reserve is part of the vast Serengeti Plains, famous for its spectacular wildebeests’ migration and is home to the Big Five: Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo and Rhino. You will arrive in time for lunch at your camp/lodge and relax before departing for the afternoon game drive (4:30pm). You will drive through the reserve as you enjoy the Savannah with vast herds of resident wildebeests and zebras wandering across the grasslands. You will also have a chance to see other plain game like the Maasai Giraffe, Eland, Buffalo, Topi, and both Thomson’s and grants Gazelles. The enormous landscape of the Mara and its concentration of many varieties of game make it a fitting climax to your safari.
