On this morning tour, you will visit the Tsukiji Outer Market, which remains to be one of the best food areas in Tokyo. Despite the wholesale fish vendors having moved, the historic neighborhood is still home to restaurants and market shops. Enjoy a cup of coffee at one of the city's best artisanal coffee spots, and explore 65 fish stalls and try traditional dishes like sashimi. Also visit a 300-year-old shrine before sampling a wagashi (Japanese confection) and tea at an imperial garden.

Make your own way to the assigned meeting point at the Turret Coffee Shop (take the exit #2 from Tsukiji Station). Start of tour with a special Tsukiji breakfast. Visit the intermediate market building with over 65 fish market vendors that elected to remain in Tsukiji. Food tastings from the Tsukiji Outer Market area and exploration of regional food from around Japan. Visit a Shrine with 300+ years of history. Try some green tea, coffee and traditional Japanese sweets.11:30 AM
