  • When booking, please provide your ID for a messaging app (KakaoTalk, WhatsApp, Viber, etc.). We are not liable for communication issues via LINE due to recent restrictions on adding foreign accounts 
  • If you plan to bring a stroller or wheelchair, please notify us in the "Note" section when booking. 
  • Children aged 0 to 2 may join free of charge, provided that they do not occupy separate seats during the tour. 
  • The rail bike is a 4-seater bike, so groups of less than 4 people will share the ride with other guests.

In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
🕐 As the bus will be depart on time, refunds will not be granted for late arrivals or no‑shows.
🚞 Railbike is defaulted as a 4-seater bike and you will need to share with the others if your group is less than 4 people. If you wish to ride a 2-seater rail bike, an additional fee of KRW 50,000 per bike will be charged in cash on site. Please note that availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed.
🍼 Infants under 3 years old may ride accompanied by a guardian. In this case, a seat, admission ticket, and meals are not included. Please present a valid ID for age verification on the day of departure.
