The Pum Thai Restaurant & Cooking School is set within a bright orange-colored theme shophouse and operates as a restaurant, bar, and cooking school. The open area on one side is used as a dining space and there is a large, open kitchen that is used for restaurant cooking and for cooking classes. Major dishes are based on traditional Thai cuisine which is adapted for modern taste and is cooked with fresh and natural ingredients. Students get to walk around the local food market, learn a little about the history of the dishes, and learn how to massage a chicken.
