We hadn't been before and were late for our entry time which wasn't an issue. Got a coloured wristband which meant which time limit category you were in, thankfully because we got there later in the day our colour was never called so we had longer than 90 mins. The reception team weren't friendly and didn't mention what the wristband meant but Alan who welcomed us into the place was so enthusiastic and friendly! The 4 play areas were good as was the story time area. One play area was aimed at much smaller babies/children which was good and the other 3 areas were aimed at walkers. All 4 areas were well sectioned and clean. We'll definitely be back, it was very busy but there was a buggy park and shoe zone and plenty of seating which was good.
