Highlights
PiPi is a comprehensive shop specializing in nature activity tours in Okinawa Prefecture, including Iriomote Island and Ishigaki Island in the Yaeyama Islands, as well as Miyako Island in the Miyako Islands. At the Ishigaki Island shop, we offer snorkeling tours at Phantom Island and the Blue Cave, SUP/canoe tours at Kabira Bay and the mangrove forests, as well as night tours.

- The schedule may change depending on the weather, tide level, and number of participants.
- The tour operates in rainy weather. However, if we determine that safety in the field cannot be ensured, the tour may be canceled.
- Please change into clothing that you don’t mind getting wet before the meeting time.
- Please use the restroom in advance before joining. There are no restrooms near the field.
- If you will be late, please be sure to contact us in advance.
- Due to the shrinking size of Barasu Island, you may be switched to an alternative plan at short notice. Thank you for your understanding.
- Depending on the tide level at Barasu Island, the order of activities may change and the timetable may be adjusted.
- Eligible ages are 6 to 59.
- For SUP, the eligible age is 12 and above. If you have a child aged 3 to 11, please choose canoeing.
- For safety reasons, we cannot accept participants who fall under any of the following conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
- Pregnant guests
- Guests who have been drinking alcohol or have a hangover
- Guests with a pacemaker or heart disease
- Guests with respiratory conditions (such as asthma) for plans that include snorkeling or canyoning
- Guests with mental health conditions (such as epilepsy, dementia, developmental disorders, panic disorder, etc.)
- Guests with cardiovascular disease
- Guests with cerebrovascular disease
- Guests with physical disabilities
- Guests with diabetes
- Guests with hearing or visual impairments participating without assistance
- If you wish to participate, please consult us in advance and be accompanied by a helper or interpreter
- Guests weighing 100 kg or more for plans that include SUP, canoeing, or canyoning
- Guests with other chronic conditions, fever, injuries, etc.
- If symptoms are mild and you wish to participate, please inform us in advance
Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 4 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 4 days before the date of selection.
