Jopen Brewery is a true classic in Haarlem. The brewery was founded in 1994 and initially started brewing hop beer. Jopen beer is known for its excellent quality and even gets consumed abroad. Café de Paris is situated in the city centre of Haarlem. The restaurant offers a variated menu and works with ingredients that rotate seasonally, to offer the best product of the season.
