All passengers 2 and over must pay fast track in advance. if there are extra passengers arrive and not accounted for, this will be cancelled with no refund.
For departure fast track, you can enter you details under "Arrival flight and time", as the reservations team will see this and reconfirm with you
For Fast Track Arrival from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 500 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
For Fast Track Departure with Premium Lounge from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 1300 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 6 hours before your originally scheduled arrival time so we can update your guide's schedule. Please note that due to privacy regulations, airlines will not inform us of changes to your itinerary; it is the passenger's responsibility to notify us directly to ensure your service is delivered.
Please be reminded that all travelers should complete the arrival card (TDA) online at least 3 days before arriving. If you forget, our guide will be happy to assist you in completing the TDA upon arrival, just before entering the fast track area.
Mandarin language is on request but due to limited staff can not be guaranteed.

Everyrhing was excellent. Tha lady took me from airbridge, bypassed all lines and she stayed with me until I got a Grab. Amazing service, would buy it every time in a heartbeat. And thank you for your patience, waiting the luggage was the longest part ot it. ;))

I came in on December 30th morning and the Q for immigration was at least 1-2hrs long. I cleared in 1 min with fast track. The staff met me at the gate and was fast and smooth.
the meeting was in the middle of the road, they didn't hold it until the exit
