Child Policy
Infants under the age of 2 may travel free of charge, but they do not receive a bus seat or lunch. If bus seat or lunch is required, please book under the children's fare.
Good To Know
If the minimum number of participants (15) is not reached, the tour may be cancelled.
Please wear your seat belt on the tour bus as required by Japanese law.
Please note that you cannot change the scheduled return location after the tour.
In case of traffic congestion or other uncontrollable reasons, the tour schedule may be changed or the time at each sightseeing spot may be shortened, please be informed in advance.
If the number of participants is small, a minivan may be used for departure. (or a combination of rental car, guide and driver service)
Tour is scheduled at the time indicated, but may be subject to change due to traffic conditions.
If the road to Mt. Fuji Station 5 is not passable due to bad weather or traffic jam, the tour schedule is changed to "Fuji Visitor Center" or Oshino Hakkai instead.
There is a possibility that Mt. Fuji may not be visible due to inclement weather. For this reason, there will be no cancellation or refund of the tour fee.
The type of fruit you will be picking will be in accordance with the season of the year.
Regarding the fruit picking, depending on the ripeness and growing conditions, there is a possibility that the fruit picked in advance will be shared as a fruit platter to taste or given as a souvenir.
Tour is scheduled as listed hour, but may be subject to change due to traffic condition.
It can be cold in the mountains. Please bring warm clothes and wear shoes that allow you to walk smoothly and easily during the tour.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 48 hours.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 3 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 3 days before the date of selection.
Redemption Notes
Show mobile or printed voucher to the staff before commencing the activity.
Ticket Validity
Upon booking confirmation, this ticket is valid on the date of selection only.
