Yes it's an early start! We want to arrive in magical La Ventana with the sunrise to optimise conditions and wildlife encounters! We leave CSL at 5.30 in our van, where we provide a breakfast pack and/or stop after 1.5 hours for bathroom and optional takeaway. Total travel time one-way is about 2.5 hours. We meet the 28' panga boat directly at the beach where we board the boat in ankle deep water: basic mobility for this is required - bring flipflops! We search for the wildlife for 5-6 hours. April-June is mobula ray season, summer is all about dolphins! Maybe also Orcas and Whales! We have a shallow reef with sealions for nervous swimmers which can be as stunning as the megafauna! Well.. almost! We provide a picnic before heading in to shore. We arrive back in Cabo around 4pm. This activity is GREAT for kids 5 years + and anyone else with a sense of adventure who is comfortable in snorkeling gear. Passengers will need to prepare to get wet at least once (and climb a basic ladder) as there is no bathroom onboard. The boat is equipped with life jackets, first aid, shade and seating - and an expert local captain! Guides are rescue diver qualified as a minimum.
