Excellent tour and easy booking and using tickets.
Fast and hassle-free process for buying tickets. Even though it was 2 days before the day we visited the studio, we managed to get tickets. Earlier on, we were unsuccessful using another booking platform even though it was a week ahead of time. When the tickets were issued, we only received one person’s ticket QR code when it was supposed to be 3 QR codes. We were stuck outside the studio when we realized this. However, the issue was rapidly resolved when we contacted the Pelago personnel on the spot. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 for the excellent customer service! The tour inside the studio was immersive and interactive. Thoroughly enjoyed it! :)
Worth going! The place is huge so allocate more time if you want to really engage on each attraction inside. Best place ever!
