Each person is in a different moment of his life, for this reason some people need more meditation and some others prefer a dynamic practice to move the Inner Energy. Sandra is very precise to correct the postures according to Iyengar details, she likes to introduce intense postures from Ashtanga style and finish the lesson with a relaxing Mantra. Time and location of the class might very according to the wind condition and weather. In case of bad weather the lesson will be held in the studio.
