The reception could not find my tickets upon scanning the bar code. Took probably 5-10 minutes before we could enter the aquarium after I’ve sent the email confirmation with pdf ticket to their email account.
You did need to line up at the ticket counter to validate your tickets, so allow a short wait time for that.
Not a bad aquarium, well maintained, big venue. A bit confusing with the signages or lack of, connecting one part to another. And more hands on activities for the kids would make it more engaging.
