I contacted Pelago after booking and they linked me up with the transport provider. We then communicated via WhatsApp. All was smooth. Note this is a shared transfer so the driver may have several names to look out for. Journey to the city is about 1 hour so highly recommended to take a transfer in air conditioned vehicle.

No driver was there! And I did not get any response on my email that I did send with my details for pick up.
