Show your smartphone ticket to the driver during pick-up
The tour operator will contact you via phone or email 48 hours before the departure time for arranging pick-up and asking for dietary requirement
If you have any food allergies, please inform the supplier when pick-up is arranged
Please wait at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your allotted pick-up time
Complimentary hotel pick-up from the following 5 locations is included: Bangtao, Surin, Kamala, Patong, Karon, and Kata. For other areas, 450 THB will be charged per adult
