The trip was generally OK. But let me tell you that there were more passengers that there were seats. There was even not a single life vest on the boat.After the cruise, the operator took us to a shop selling expensive clothes. The worst thing is in going back to the coach, the driver refused to take me. Then a lady told me not to worry and she would help me. She asked me to sit in the smoking area. When I saw that I was the only one waiting, I approached her again. Then she asked a man to take me. The guy brought me back inside the shop and then we left via the back door. I asked where the car was. The guy told me to walk back to my hotel!!! I said, my tour package included roundtrip transfer. He said traffic was horrible and it was better for me to walk. I was so shocked! Then he began to give me instructions on how to walk back to the hotel. It was becoming so frustrating. I told him I was a foreigner and I did not know this place. He told me to open my data. I said I had no internet. Then I suggested that we walk together. While walking, he kept asking me if I was familiar with the place. We kept on walking then he dropped me off on the street I was familiar with! Very bad service. This should not happen. I chose a package with roundtrip transfer. Pelago should give me partial refund for this.
