• eBikes are pedal-assist, requiring riders to pedal for motor support.
• Riders must be 16 years or older to use an eBike on public trails.
• A waiver must be signed by all participants before the tour date: https://www.ontrackmtb.com.au/waiver/
• Mixed skill-level groups are welcome, with instructors available to support beginners while still challenging experienced riders.
• Tours may be rescheduled or refunded in case of unsafe weather conditions.
• Pickup is available within a 50km radius of Busselton or 20km from the chosen trail destination.

You may cancel your tour up to 24 hours prior to your booked start time.

If the tour operator needs to cancel due to unsafe or unfavorable weather and it is not possible to reschedule, a full refund will be issued. This could happen right up to 2 hours out from the lesson start time.
