I read many reviews on various platforms on the delay and anxiety of not receiving the actual tickets until the actual day of the show. I bought tickets on Pelago as they offered a very competitive as compared to other platforms. Instantly i received booking confirmation of my tickets. On the day of the show, i received a wechat friend invite message. I added him and he sent me the QR code to scan at the entrance at 1pm. Trust the process and i feel there is no need to worry. Thank you Pelago for the great deal. 👍
I booked tickets one month in advance. And was supposed to receive a QR code for.entry one day before the show. However, I didn't receive the QR code, inspite of multiple follow-ups, and there was no reponse as to whether i would recieve it or not. I had to plan travel in advance as i was outside Shanghai. Finally received the QR code a mere 3 hours before the show. I had to book a car costing $360 to get me to the show on time. It was a horribly stressful experience!!!
Did not receive my tickets had to purcase new tickets that cost more at 1,55 pm before the show. Waited in the cold outside the venue not knowing if there will be a reply from KKday or Pelago. Reply came saying it will be resolved in 24 hours. This is unacceptable. Please refund. Thanks
BEWARE: Tickets arrive extremely late, 2hours before show and reaching out to customer service solved it for us. Apart from that the show is amazing, we get front row seats (AGroup tickets) and the performers were right in front of us. My kiddo enjoyed the show tremendously.
