- For hotel to airport transfers, please book at least 3 hours before departure time and prepare pick-up at least 3.5 hours before flight departure due to traffic and road construction.
- Additional waiting time will be charged at THB200 per hour.

Prompt efficient service with a really good driver( quick but safe) got us from Patong Beach area to the international airport in just under an hour in heavy traffic. We have rides cancelled or which did not turn up when booking via the Grab app. Booking through Pelago, gives you peace of mind and confidence that you will get to your destination in time.
