- Last admission is one hour before the advertised closing time.
- Some animal exhibits may close up to 30 minutes before closing.
- The zoo may close early on selected dates for special events such as Zoo Nights.
- Both London Zoo and Whipsnade Zoo will be closed on weekdays from 20–24 January 2025 and 27–31 January 2025 for annual maintenance; open on weekends.
- No left luggage facilities are available.
- Bicycles, scooters, rollerblades, skateboards, and similar items are not permitted.
