Our first pub will be the Black Friar. An art nouveau masterpiece. We will hear stories of the Great Fire of London and the Blitz. We will visit St Brides church and discover the hidden treasures in the crypt. We will hear stories of the once mighty print newspaper industry. We will visit a number of pubs including Ye Old Cheshire Cheese, that has not changed in hundreds of years. We will also hear about the most famous parrot in the world! We will visit two of the Inns of Court based in the Temple. We will hear of the connection between a chambers here and Jack the Ripper. We will then visit more unique pubs and the site of the Demon Barber of Fleet street. We will finish our tour at The Seven Stars
