  Just about 50min from Panama city, right in the middle of the jungle, in a Island just for them. The Panama goverment has respected their lands, and they are very happy to welcome new people and share their part of the story. They major concen is to lose their identity but showing their culture everyday makes them really passionate and proud of who they are and why so many people wants to visit them for a friendly exchange. They want to practice their english and learn also about you! Lunch is fresh food, such as fried fish, fruits, rice and bananas. Visit before or after the community a very nice waterfall in the middle of the jungle, a little walk for about 20-30 minutes is needed to arrive to this beautiful place

  Take your car in direction to the Sloth sactuary in Gamboa Resort, in this place you will have around 1 hour to explore at your own pace the 5-6 sloths in this sanctuary, there is also exposition of butterflies, frogs and orchids included.
