Met at gate by staff. Accompanied me all the way through immigration and helped tell taxi driver hotel location. Friendly and professional service. Will use again to avoid long queued at regular immigration counters.

Lady holding my name was at the aircraft landing gate. Was directed through to the fast track and immigration was done in 2 mins. Accompanied me to wait for my luggage (Yes, i came out before my luggage in BKK). Then guided me to meet my driver to the hotel outside the gate where she left me.
