Pick up your tickets anytime between 10:45 and 15:00 at the [Get Prague Guide office](https://g.page/GetPragueGuide?share) (Maiselova 5, 110 00, Prague 1) – look for the blue and white umbrella
If you select the option for VR Glasses, please note that the tour is only available at 13:45 and an assistant will accompany you on your VR experience

The voucher is not your ticket. You need to exchange your voucher for tickets at the Get Prague Guide office, where you will also receive all necessary information about your tour from staff
