Highlights

On this tour, the walking difficulty level is Medium to Difficult! You’ll walk approximately 6 km, climb a scenic stairway, cross the suspension bridge and enjoy an amazing lunch experience!


We depart from Porto towards Arouca, where we’ll make a short stop for coffee and restrooms.


Get ready for adventure! First highlight of the day: the stairway up! Certainly challenging, but incredibly beautiful and unforgettable!


At the top, prepare yourself for an extraordinary experience — crossing the Suspension Bridge! It spans 516 meters (1,692 ft) across the valley and suspended 175 meters (576 ft) above the Paiva River!

After crossing the bridge, you’ll continue along the stunning Paiva Walkways, descending along a wooden boardwalk that zigzags down the left bank of the river.


Lunch is another highlight of our day, in a beautiful setting, and Farm-to-Table style!
