Birthday celebration
My son is a big fan of Harry Potter and this experience was not a disappointment. Although the escape room is small, it will take time to solve all the puzzles. Zata, the hostess is also friendly and helpful.
The whole process was smooth and instructions were clear. It was exciting for my older kiddos about age of 12 and 15. We managed to clear the escape room in 45 minutes. There are extra time for us to venture around Tiara Society to take some photographs too.
The service lady is very friendly and takes good care of the kids’ feelings and emotions.

Terrible. We booked and paid for this for my daughters 11th birthday party via Pelago well in advance and received email confirmation. Upon arrival, we were told there was no record of our booking and the venue was busy. Tiara emailed Pelago a photo of our booking to ask what happened but got no response. To Tiara's credit they managed to squeeze us in an hour later but it was very stressful to have 9 x 11 year old disappointed girls. You can't trust Pelago's systems, recommend booking directly with the venue instead.
