We'll talk sustainable farming (the differences between industrial, organic, and biodynamic), wild yeast fermentation, traditional winemaking practices, and the best part, talking about and tasting the wines themselves. In between wineries we'll lunch at a renowned Sonoma county restaurant, where we can taste some local wines as they were intended: alongside a meal. Vegetarians are easily accommodated!
