- Please arrive at the McKinnon Box Office (1013 Beijing West Road) 30 minutes before the show to exchange your electronic admission code for a paper ticket.
- Advance ticket collection is not allowed. One ticket, one code.
- Late arrivals may not be admitted and will not be refunded.

- Ticket exchange begins 30 minutes before the show only

- No fixed seating; guests freely explore the performance space.
- Personal belongings (bags, coats, electronics) must be stored in the cloakroom.
