I didn’t even manage to enter the premises. All thanks to Pelago!!!! I am going to request for refund. The voucher with bar code emailed to me could not be scanned. I had to go to counter where the guy could not find the booking with the booking reference I showed and my name and email address. I stood there feeling like a scammed person at the counter as the guy advised me to get a new ticket and refund the old one. By then it was already 10 minutes past the start of the event! Magical event turned disappointment all thanks to Pelago. Pls process refund! I am super disappointed.
