It is recommended to bring sunglasses, a sun hat, sunscreen, rain gear, a camera, a warm jacket, drinking water, and comfortable walking shoes and clothing to ensure a comfortable and safe journey.

- Trip Cancellation and Refund: If the trip dates cannot be taken, YoYo Travel WA Pty Ltd will notify the guest one week before departure and provide a full refund.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the travel date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 29 and 7 days prior to the travel date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 10 days of the travel date will incur a 100% cancellation fee (non-refundable).
- Tour guide gratuities: For tours that include tour guide gratuities, the gratuity is not included in the tour price. Tourists are required to pay the tour guide the appropriate amount. This is an encouragement and expression of gratitude for the tour guide's excellent service.
- Hotel Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed in Australian hotel rooms. Guests found smoking in their rooms, bathrooms, or on their balconies will be fined at least AUD 1000 per instance. If smoking causes a fire, the guest will be solely responsible for all costs and legal liabilities arising therefrom.
- Hotel Deposit and Additional Charges: When checking into an Australian hotel, tourists are required to provide a credit card as a deposit to cover any additional charges such as telephone calls, bar patronage, pay TV, and laundry. The room rate paid by the travel agency only covers the guest's accommodation; all other additional charges are the responsibility of the tourist.
