• Check-in 15 Minutes Early: To ensure you get the full session, it’s best to arrive early so that we can check you in and get you geared up asap.
• Dress code: Wear whatever you like! But we recommend warm clothes and enclosed shoes!
• Photography and Mobile Phones: We want to keep the experience unspoiled by social media so we ask that you don’t use your phone to take videos and pictures inside during your visit.

• Kids are welcome: All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Children under 4 years enjoy free admission.
• Please ensure your child is dressed appropriately.
