I was very disappointed with this experience. The boat was extremely overcrowded, and there were not enough seats for everyone. As a result, people were standing everywhere, making it difficult to move around or enjoy the trip. Drinks were also overpriced—$20 for a single glass of wine is excessive. To make matters worse, most of the toilets were out of order, leaving only one toilet for both men and women to share. There were also people pushing and arguing just to take photos because the boat was so overcrowded. On arrival, they couldn’t find my reservation in their system. Even after I showed my confirmation email, they still struggled to locate the booking, causing unnecessary stress. Overall, the experience was poorly organised, overcrowded, and did not provide good value for money. I would not recommend it.
