- Directions: Counters located near the Lost & Found Baggage area at Entrances A1 and A2.
- Note: Two pickup counters available — turn left or right upon entering the Arrival Hall to find them easily.

- Ensure your SIM card is functioning properly before leaving the counter.

お店の名前？があまりにも控えめに書かれていたので、受け取り場所が分かりにくかった。 とはいっても、店舗数が多くないので、聞いて回ればたどり着けます。 その場合、自分のところの商品を売ろうとするので、二重支払いにならないよう気をつける必要がありますが。
Die Netzabdeckung in Hanoi schwankt sehr. Von 0 bis 5 G.
It was not easy to find the pick up point as there is no sign there at the airport and the description in the Pelago booking doesn’t say either.
The stalls are easy to find when you come out of customs at T2 with both easily visible at each corner. Happy with the sim so far (Hanoi) but found the process a bit invasive. She took a photo of my passport, a couple photos of me plus a video call and when configuring the sim had the phone away so I couldn’t see what she was doing/accessing. Customer service could be a bit more friendlier :)
