The driver is perfectly OK, nothing against him. The operating company on the other hand is incredibly poor. They shirk responsibility and avoid contact at every instance, the provided hotline number does not operate on weekends which is ridiculous considering they're a tour company. I did not get confirmation of my driver for more than 2 weeks even when calling their domestic Thai number, and only got basic information 10 minutes after I was supposed to be picked up and when I threatened a platform refund. They are a subcontracted company with poor standards, said that Pelago outsourced the booking to them but they usually can only operate on KKDay. So their 'solution' is radio silence and letting the customer fend for themselves. How is any of that the end customer's problem? Stay away and avoid major headaches on your holiday.
Drivernya enak. Kendala di Bangkok ini mereka bahasa Inggris limit jadi untuk ngobrol agak sulit. Baiknya ke khao yai pagi hari.
