A unique 1.5h Yoga Experience at an enchanting botanical garden in Bellagio, overlooking the lake and surrounded by beautiful mountains.

A unforgettable moment to reconnect with the earth and the environment, far from everyday life and city stress.

Participants will be accompanied on this journey by Francesca, a qualified I.K.I.T.A. certified yoga and meditation teacher.

During the yoga sessions, the participants will be taught Kundalini Yoga, a very ancient discipline developed in India. You will be accompanied in the meditation practices, alternating and combining Kriya body postures, with breathing techniques, to rediscover, in the present moment, harmony, well-being and balance.

You will be encouraged to let go of what is superfluous (emotions, sensations, memories, etc.), with the aim to relaxing the mind, regaining calm and energy to face the challenges that accompany us in our daily life.
