Highlights
If what you want is to see birds, wax palms and different species of flora, this tour is for you. It is an easy-medium level walk, it takes approximately 3 hours to get to the farm and if Mr. Ferney is at home, we will taste a delicious traditional drink called ''aguapanela'', with cheese while the birds visit us. Itinerary
Cocora
We can start to get to know Salento for about 40 minutes and a little of its history, its points of interest and its places to share a coffee originally from the region. We will take the jeep, a traditional transport of the region for 20 minutes and we will head towards Cocora to begin our walk that lasts approximately 3 hours. There we will be able to see the towering wax palms, birds of the region and the valley that extends into our view. We will arrive at our destination: Finca La Montaña, where we will stay for about 30 minutes and then return for approximately another 3 hours.
