The meeting point in Amsterdam is Overhoeksplein 51. You can get there by catching the Buiksloterweg ferry (it's free!) from the water-side of Amsterdam Central Station

Show your mobile ticket at the box office of This Is Holland and you will receive your Keukenhof tickets and be directed to your transportation

Booked a 9am tour, but upon check in at This is Holland counter, was told there was a 1 hour delay to 10am. Final set off time was 1015 with a full bus load. Journey was smooth and arrived at the Tulip Farm. Farm was well kept, tulips were largely in full bloom (15 Apr), overall very pleasant on this segment. Prices for food and drinks at farm were very reasonable, economical, even. Next was cruise, and this was poorly coordinated The cruise boat was nowhere to be seen when we arrived and had to detour for 20 minutes while waiting for the boat to dock. Once onboard, the journey was again, pleasant with plenty of countryside sights. The time where the tour reached Keukenhof was 3pm due to the numerous delays, and this segment is totally free and easy till closing. But coach journey back to Amsterdam only provided till 630pm.
