Good To Know
Please arrive at the Surf House Phuket 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation time
For access to locker, Guests must put in a guaranteed deposit of THB 100 to use the locker (to be paid on the spot)
Important: No zippers, buttons, jewellery or hard objects are allowed during the surf

There was no contact number or website for booking so I had to go down to book it. They took 30mins to verify my booking as Surf House Phuket claimed that Pelago is not one of the travel agencies and refused to let me engage with the activity. Admin staff did not appear empathetic and did not offer to help contact Pelago confirm as they claimed I should be the one to check. I had to email Pelago to enquire. Later the admin staff told me that Pelago is a subsidiary of their Global partner. Because of the checks, my ride was delayed. The admin staff claimed to provide extension but it was only 1 hour. There was no sync up among staff, as the bar counter staff claimed it will only be 40mins due to delay.
