Small area chairs were reasonable comfortable but really wanted a more plush feel toasting. I did love the little seating nooks which gave a little privacy but not sure how many would use these given they were going to go into a confined auroplane space after. I was expecting to be able to have a shower but this was not one of the services they provide. A few massage chairs would be nice. In addition a help yourself to tea coffee or hot chocolate would be helpful. Food was reasonable and approperate for travel. Service was also good. I would use again
