4. Course Schedule
The course duration includes rest and equipment rental time, and a one-hour lunch break is included in the full-day course. Course fees do not include ski passes, lift tickets, or ski equipment; participants must bring their own. Participants must arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time and complete the necessary attire and lift ticket purchase. The school is not responsible for any delays caused by failure to obtain a valid lift ticket or lateness.
5. Children's Courses
The minimum age for ski lessons is 4 years old, and for snowboard lessons it is 5 years old. One-on-one instruction is recommended for children under 7 years old. The school reserves the right to adjust arrangements based on the child's condition. Guardians must provide emergency contact information. If a child has health problems or special needs, this must be disclosed at the time of registration. If this is not disclosed in advance and the child is unable to participate safely, the school reserves the right to refuse the lesson and will not provide a refund. Guardians must ensure that the child has a valid lift ticket; otherwise, missed lessons will not be refunded or made up. Guardians agree that there are certain risks involved in children participating in ski lessons and assume related responsibilities. The school and instructors will do their best to ensure safety, but are not liable for accidents or injuries caused by the inherent risks of skiing.
6. Safety and Health
Skiing involves risks and may result in injury or accidents. Participants must wear appropriate equipment and safety gear, and comply with relevant safety requirements and instructions. The school and instructors are not responsible for accidents caused by participants leaving the group or violating regulations. Participants must purchase valid ski-related insurance covering risks such as injury, illness, lost or cancelled luggage. The school and instructors are not liable for accidents, incidents, injuries, or personal property loss caused by the inherent risks of skiing. Participants should ensure their physical condition is suitable for skiing before registration. If a participant is pregnant or has other health issues, they must inform the school before registration or the start of the course; the school is not responsible for any risks or consequences arising from failure to do so.
7. Portrait rights and image use
During the course, the school and its instructors may take photos or videos of students as a learning record and may use them for promotional or educational purposes (such as websites, social media, brochures, or print materials) to share highlights of the course. If a student does not wish their photos or videos to be used, they only need to inform the school in writing or by email before the course begins, and the school and its instructors will fully respect and comply with their wishes.
8. Force Majeure
The school is not liable for course cancellations or changes due to weather, traffic, natural disasters, government regulations, ski resort operations, or other force majeure events. Refunds or rescheduling arrangements will be processed in accordance with these terms and conditions.
