Driver came on time and the car was bigger than expected. A very comfortable ride.
Driver arrived promptly and was ready for Meet & Greet by the time my train pulled in. Vehicle was very generously sized and clean, made for a safe and comfortable ride to our hotel
I booked the 7am ride but I texted them the day before if I could change it to 6.30am instead, as the train will reached at 6am. However, on the day itself, the driver texted me that he have reached at 6am and was waiting for me. It was a pleasant surprise, as I do not need to wait. Communication with the admin staff is clear and easy as well. Good! But the price in Pelago is expensive. Lots of drivers waiting to pick you up from Lao Cai station for 500,000 dong. So up to you to decide. :)
Driver kept in touch via Whatsapp one day before the ride and was early and on time. Ride in MPV was comfortable. Estimated time to reach destination was also quite accurate.
