We were picked up by a taxi from our hotel, enjoyed lantern making (they fold down to something more manageable so hopefully they'll survive the journey home) and then a pleasant trip along the river. The boat drivers were very friendly and we paid an extra 150k (not sure if this was expensive or not) for two of our party to experience boat spinning. We were kindly dropped off at a different location to our original pick up point which was much appreciated (at no extra cost). It was all made extra special because we are able to pay for this activity in full using Kris flyer miles.

Hotel transfer was excellent! Only a 7 minute drive from the Renaissance Resort. Well coordinated and clear communication. Boat men were very friendly, thoughtful and caring taking my 85 year father into consideration. I highly recommend Green Coconut Village. Must support family business.

The car is clean and comfortable. The guide is explained clearly before we board the coconut boat. The coconut boat rider also advised us to put on life jacket. So my daughter and me are enjoying the coconut boat ride. Thumbs up for the trip.

We bought package with pick up. Worth the value as someone pick us up at hotel, send us to the location, and after everything end, send us back. No hidden cost but is good to tip the coconut boat staff.
