  • The definition of adults, children, and infants are as follows.
    Adults: Middle school students and older
    Children: Elementary school students
    Infants: children under elementary school age (preschoolers)
  • A guardian must accompany children under elementary school age. A guardian must accompany minors (under 18) after 22:00 and those under 16 after 19:00.
  • Children can enjoy free bathing on the following dates: March 3, May 5, July 28, and December 24–25.
  • The facility will be closed for maintenance on Tuesday, June 10, and Wednesday, June 11, 2025.

  • We will keep lost items for one week and dispose of them beyond this period.
  • Entry is strictly prohibited for those who are considered gang members or their affiliates, those with tattoos (including temporary tattoos), and those who are intoxicated.
  • Please put your shoes in the shoe box when you enter. Please keep the locker key by yourself.
  • Bringing food and drink inside is strictly prohibited under the guidance of the public health center.
  • Those who cause a nuisance to other customers may be asked to leave.
  • Those with skin diseases or other contagious diseases are not allowed to enter.
  • Pets are not allowed to enter.
  • Bathroom items fee:
    Towel - 150 yen
    Bath towel - 500 yen
    Hairbrush - 100 yen
    Toothbrush set - 50 yen
    Razor reset - 100 yen
    *Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided in the bathroom.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for accidents, thefts, etc., in the facility.
  • The use of mobile phones and smartwatches, and other electronic devices, as well as photography and videography, are prohibited in the bathrooms and dressing rooms.
  • Please put your valuables in the locker and keep the key yourself.

Highlights

Tennen Onsen Naniwa-no-Yu (also called Natural Hot Spring Naniwa) is Osaka's famous hot spring spa. The naturally carbonated mineral waters of the spring are pumped up from 659 meters underground.


As the hot spring water softens the stratum corneum and emulsifies secretions, it’s called “the beauty bath.”


Naniwa no Yu is located on the 8th floor, where you can enjoy the view of the city of Osaka. Take a break and relax in the natural hot spring in your daily life.


The following periods are holiday prices.
Obon Holiday: August 13-15, 2025.
8:00 a.m. – 1:00 a.m. (next day), Weekend/Holiday Rates (during Obon period)


Due to facility maintenance, regular operations will begin at 10:00 a.m. on December 10.

It is a public bath-style hot spring. The bathing ticket can be used only once the day, and you will need to purchase a ticket on-site if you wish to retake a bath.
The hot spring is separated by gender from children in 1st grade of elementary school.
