Good To Know
Return transfers to the airport include pick-up from your nominated accommodation.
Child restraints cannot be guaranteed on SIC services. QLD state laws prohibit the use of child restraints on 20-seat coaches. A private transfer service is recommended for adults travelling with children who require a child restraint.
As stipulated by QLD Health, all passengers must wear a mask while on the coach.

Your order will be confirmed by the provider within 24 hours.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 2 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 2 days before the date of selection.
Advanced Booking
Please book at least 24 hours before your preferred date to guarantee your reservation.

Children must be 11 or under. Children less than 2 travel free, but MUST be included on all bookings.

The airport transfer was super convenient, Exemplar counter is located on the left hand side opposite of the exit of the arrival hall at T1.
Very easy to connect as they are the first desk you see when arriving at baggage claim.
