the whale watching experience was good, the booking service by pelago was poor. the locations details were not clear and weren't able to find the operator and missed the booking. fortunately found the operator and operator was kind enough to rebook another session

It was a nice experience. However i am a Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer member and the mileage points are still not added even after nearly 3 months. The trip was on the 28th of Oct and today is 9 Jan 2025.

It is recommended to eat lightly and take travel sickness tablets to prevent seasickness
Please bring thick layers of clothes as it tends to become cooler out at sea

Usage
The meeting point is along the Promenade walkway, halfway between Ferry Wharf 2 and the Opera House
Passengers must arrive 15 min prior to departure to ensure the vessel departs on time. After this time, the provider reserves the right to resell the seats
Show your smartphone ticket at the meeting point
Post Purchase
This tour will operate if it is raining as the vessel has indoor and outdoor areas. Nonetheless, the provider may cancel due to inclement weather (generally defined as precipitation greater than a drizzle, wind, and swell conditions). In the unlikely event this occurs, the provider will attempt to reschedule the cruise at no extra cost or offer a compensatory voucher.
