Valid for non-Japanese passports with a Temporary Visitor visa stamp.
This product is unavailable for non-Japanese passport holders with permanent residency in Japan.
A non-Japanese passport is needed for redemption.
Temporary Visitor stamps are not applied at automated immigration gates.

Children under 1 travel free. Two children aged 2-5 also travel free per adult rail pass holder if unseated. Additional require child rail passes.
Usage
Biometric passport holders can redeem their physical ticket at a green ticket vending machine or ticket reservation office using the E-exchange order and a non-Japanese passport.
Non-biometric passport holders must exchange the E-order and non-Japanese passport for a physical ticket at a ticket office.
Collect reserved seat tickets at green ticket machines before boarding.
Reserve seats at the ticket office with rail staff.
